Elle Health is all about giving back to you so you can return to your 100% self. It features a weekly, sixty-minute one-on-one session for six weeks with your experienced personal trainer and physiotherapist.
These sessions will focus on:
1. Nutritional analysis and questionnaire.
A discussion of what you’re eating, why, and what you may need more or less of. This includes nutritional diaries and advice on how to get the best nutrition for you and your family.
2. Sleep discussion and questionnaire.
The influence that stress and your sleeping environment has on your quality of sleep. The effect of hormonal imbalances, menopause, IVF and postpartum depression. All with simple practical tips to help you get the best night’s sleep available.
3. Injury management.
Together we will discuss what causes your aches and pains. Focussing on a wide range of conditions from asthma to osteoporosis, we will provide physiotherapy to manage your problems including, massage, acupuncture, stretching and joint mobilisation.
4. Health and fitness.
We discuss your fitness goals and take you through a personal training session involving stretching, breathing exercise and Pilates, strength and conditioning and cardio fitness.
5. Positivity profile.
A session discussing the influences of stress or burnout and how they affect you. More importantly we will give you life-long tips and coping strategies to change the way you deal with stress, reduce it and allow you to get on with your life.
A full session reviewing the previous five weeks. What have you gained? Learned? You will then have the opportunity to book a maintenance session to continue your journey.
